Needs vs Wants
Have you ever had a woman ask you if you needed her or if you just wanted her? First of all, I have to say it's just one of many little questions that women test you with that really irritate me. The big problem I have with this one though is the logic is all wrong.
Lets define these words. A want is something you desire. You can live without it but, you won't be happy without it. A need is something you will die without. You need air and water and food. You want chocolate and ice cream and fast cars. This means you have no choice when it comes to needs. Therefore, if you want someone, that means you willingly CHOSE that person. If you had needed that person, you would have had no choice but to be with them.
In conclusion, it is better to be wanted than needed. Don't let anyone tell you different!

Shop safety!!!
This will be short and sweet. As a result of my own stupidity, I now have a finger that looks like a twice-baked potato of meat at the end! My finger was rudely and suddenly introduced into a 25,000rpm router bit. The reason was my stupidity of feeding the end of the workpiece from directly above the bit. Now, you purists will no doubt admonish me for not using a push-stick. A push-stick would not have been possible to use due to the shape of the piece. However, had I simply moved my finger to the other side of the router-table and piece, the piece could have spun as it did and I would have been fine. So, in conclusion, never, ever place any part of your body directly above any cutting tool whether it be a router or a table-saw or any other cutting device! It's not worth it!
